Westcore, a leading industrial real estate acquisition, development and asset management firm, has partnered with Stream Realty Partners to develop 1515 Corporate Crossing. The industrial development, which recently broke ground, is in Rockwall, Texas in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. It will have 301,120 square feet of divisible, Class A warehouse space on 43.2 acres. When complete, Stream Realty Partners will also oversee leasing activities.

The 1515 Corporate Crossing development is south of I-30, in the northeastern side of Dallas. The property will feature 32-foot clear height, a divisible rear load configuration, 68 dock doors, and the ability to fully secure truck courts. A total of 309 parking stalls and 62 trailer parking spaces will also be available.

Westcore has leveraged Stream Realty’s leasing services on multiple projects in Dallas and Denver over the last few years. This Rockwall, TX project expands the partnership, making use of Stream’s Industrial Development Services division for the first time.

Hack Adams, Westcore Managing Director, states, “This project signifies Westcore’s growth strategy in the Dallas/Fort Worth market, and Stream has been the ideal partner in delivering a strong asset in high demand.
