Brutten Global is excited to welcome Robert (Bob) M. Spears as its new Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Spears brings strong experience in all things operational, including leadership, financial, strategic, etc. He will assist Brutten Global with many of its operating assets to help improve and drive efficiencies across its various platforms and investments.
Prior to joining Brutten Global, Mr. Spears held numerous C-level and executive positions for both real estate and technology firms. Past positions have included: President & CEO + Board Director of Chilldyne, Inc.; President, Diversified Services Subsidiary of Burlington Capital Group; President of Executive Advisory Services, LLC; CEO + Board Director of InMoTx, Inc.; Venture Partner/Interim COO + Board Director for Mesosystems Technology; President of Avalon Capital Group, Inc.; and a ten-year career with Gateway Computers cul minating in his role as Senior Vice President, Configure-to-Order. In many of these positions, he was recruited to design and execute adjustments to corporate strategies and kickstart additional lines of business. He has a proven track record of launching new company operations; building, developing
and managing cross-functional teams; and delivering strong financial performance. On three (3) separate occasions, his efforts have resulted in an increase of hundreds of millions of dollars in new or additional revenue within two (2) years.
Mr. Spears earned his BA in Economics from Dartmouth College, his Master of Business Taxation from the University of Southern California, and his MBA from Harvard Business School.
