Brixton Capital has welcomed retail redevelopment veteran Justin Long as its new Vice President of Development. In his new role, he will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and managing development opportunities, and assist with underwriting, design, and construction.
Mr. Long has an extensive background in the redevelopment of shopping centers, including roles with two nationally traded mall REITs. In his previous positions, he was responsible for leading the redevelopment of elite regional mall projects with total project values approaching $1 billion. He managed project teams and a number of large development deals working with communities, cities, and joint-venture partnerships. Mr. Long also has experience managing the leasing and development of an expansive West Coast commercial real estate portfolio.
