As a Director at Brutten Global, Michael Paquette is actively involved in the family office’s investment sourcing and underwriting, asset allocation strategy, and financial reporting. In addition, Mr. Paquette works closely on new acquisitions with Brixton Capital’s Structured Finance Group, which seeks to acquire long-term, net-leased real estate under unique financing arrangements. Since joining Brutten Global in 2019, he has taken part in over $200 million of new investments across a diverse set of asset classes.

Mr. Paquette’s diverse work experience ranges from operations at Capital Group, one of the largest mutual fund companies in the world, to multifamily asset management at The Irvine Company. Most recently, he was a portfolio management analyst at Sabra Healthcare REIT (NASDAQ: SBRA), where he was active in tenant workouts and restructurings, credit analysis, and strategic initiatives.

Mr. Paquette is a graduate of The College of William & Mary and is a CFA Charterholder.
