Brixton Capital is excited to welcome its newest team member, Mariebeth Cruz, who will serve as a Property Accountant.
Mariebeth is a graduate of California State University, San Marcos, where she earned her degree in Business Administration. Prior to joining Brixton Capital, Mariebeth worked for Stos Partners, BioMed Realty, and other real estate companies, where she gained experience in Property Accounting, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable. Mariebeth handled approximately 1.5 million square feet of industrial, mixed-use, and life science/biotech real estate properties.
