As a Director of Airport Operations with Brutten Global, Mr. Frankl has been working in senior positions in international business development and public/governmental affairs for over 20 years with Fortune 100 companies, the United Nations, and leading international organizations in the technology, infrastructure, and air transport sectors. Born and raised in Luxemburg, Mr. Frankl has studied at the universities of Munich, Geneva and Cairo (AUC) and holds Ph.D. and M.A. degrees in Economics and International Relations from Munich University. He is trilingual in German, French, and English and understands Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, and Swahili.

Mr. Frankl is also a Managing Partner at Airport Development Partners, a subsidiary of Brutten Global. His overall responsibilities include corporate and business development; negotiations with governments, public authorities and stakeholders; public affairs and communications; consortium strategy; corporate partnerships and joint ventures; airport development, economic impact and potential analyses; and new consultancy projects.
