Senior Asset Manager / Special Projects Director

As Special Projects Director, Rich Eaton organizes, leads, and helps execute company projects that fall outside the regular scope of recurring real estate activities. This may include investigative and collection-related activities; pre-acquisition due diligence; background review of potential partners, tenants, and other relationships; and risk management activities.

As Senior Asset Manager, Mr. Eaton has taken the lead on certain difficult and in-transition properties. In this role, he provides specialty leasing and tenant relationship development, capital expenditure oversight and decision making, and asset repositioning to maximize NOI and returns.

Mr. Eaton’s background includes being a 27-year veteran in law enforcement where he worked at the San Diego County Sheriff’s Department in numerous capacities. Highlights include the DEA Narcotics Task Force, the FBI Major Mexican Cartel Task Force, the FBI Violent Crimes Task Force, Detective Sergeant, Patrol Sergeant, and numerous other roles. His duties required that he obtain and maintain a secret security clearance, exercise strong leadership, and sustain relationships with both community members and with federal, state, and local agencies. Mr. Eaton attended the University of Massachusetts in Boston.
