​As Managing Director of Brutten Global, Grant works with a small team that’s responsible for raising equity in support of multifamily and retail property acquisitions in the Western U.S. and Texas. He leads the private capital effort for one of Brutten Global’s companies, Brixton Capital. He manages relationships with investors, solicits and nurtures new business, and manages and underwrites partnership structures. He has been pivotal in developing relationships with family offices and converting many to investment partners.

Mr. Brutten volunteers his time as a mentor for University of San Diego’s real estate students and for Miracle League, where he plays baseball with his paired special needs buddy. He’s also a volunteer with the Honorary Deputy Sheriff’s Association in San Diego.

Mr. Brutten earned his bachelor’s degree from Boston College and his master’s degree in real estate from the University of San Diego.
