Westcore, a leading industrial real estate acquisition, development and asset management firm, was recently featured in the North Bay Business Journal for its 2020 purchase of Solano Business Center in Fairfield, CA. The industrial facility is located at 2200 Courage Drive on 22 acres. The Solano Business Center was featured as part of a trend article about the strong industrial real estate market in Solano and Napa Counties in California.
The Solano Business Center was part of a 17-property, 4-million-square-foot portfolio that Westcore purchased from USAA Real Estate at the close of 2020. The purchase included properties from nine (9) markets across the US, including Atlanta, Chicago, Houston, and Denver, among others. All of the properties were built between 2017 and 2020.
The article also noted that new leases at the 378,405-square-foot Solano Business Center were among the region’s most significant of 2021, including: Santa Clara Warehouses leasing 226,892 square feet, and Vici Collection leasing 151,513 square feet. With these tenants, the property is now fully leased.
